Browns Release Defensive Lineman Logan Fano

The Cleveland Browns have announced the waiver of defensive lineman Logan Fano, with plans to potentially re-sign him to their practice squad.

At 23 years old, Fano hails from Spanish Fork, Utah, and previously attended Timpview High School in Provo. He is the older brother of Spencer Fano, a first-round pick by the Browns.

Fano was recognized as a Second-team All-Big 12 selection in 2025 and has a notable football lineage, with four uncles who played in the NFL and a cousin currently playing as a linebacker for the Broncos. He played three seasons at Utah, participating in 28 games and achieving 93 tackles, 10.5 sacks, three forced fumbles, and two fumble recoveries.
