Brydon Carse Excluded from England Squad for Final Test Against Pakistan
England has decided not to include Brydon Carse in their squad for the third and final Test against Pakistan, scheduled to take place at Edgbaston.
The decision comes after Carse, a seamer for Durham, was omitted from the second Test at Lord's due to a brief arrest related to an incident outside a Derby nightclub on August 22. He is currently under investigation by Derbyshire police concerning allegations of assault.
Sonny Baker, 23, has been retained in the squad, while Matthew Fisher has been dropped. The third Test begins on September 9 at 11:00 BST. England has already secured the series victory, winning the first two Tests decisively. Pakistan has made significant changes to their lineup, dropping seven players and appointing a new coach ahead of the match.
