Buffalo Bills Fans Report Obstructed Views at New Stadium
The Buffalo Bills recently hosted their first major event at the new stadium, which cost $2.1 billion to build. While many attendees praised features like spacious concourses and improved sight lines, a significant issue arose regarding obstructed views from several seats.
During the event, which attracted nearly 52,000 fans, hundreds reported that their views of the field were blocked by railings. Many had been assured during the purchasing process that their seats would not have obstructions, based on virtual tours that depicted unobstructed views.
Despite the complaints, the Bills organization did not sell every obstructed-view seat, indicating some awareness of the issue. However, with hundreds of fans affected, there are calls for the team to consider offering discounts to those who were misled about their seating arrangements.
