Burnley Coach Nicky Hayen Reflects on Heavy Loss to Lincoln

Burnley head coach Nicky Hayen addressed the media following a significant 4-1 loss to Lincoln on Saturday, which has left the team four points from safety in the Championship standings.

Despite starting strong and taking an early lead, Burnley conceded a goal just before halftime due to a lack of defensive responsibility. Hayen noted that this pattern has been a recurring issue throughout the season, affecting the team's confidence.

When questioned about his position as head coach, Hayen indicated that the decision is not in his hands and acknowledged the defeat as a challenging moment for both himself and the club's management.
