Cam Skattebo Suffers Hamstring Concern During Overtime Run

The New York Giants running back Cam Skattebo felt discomfort in his hamstring during a pivotal overtime run, which helped set up a game-winning touchdown by Devin Singletary.

Skattebo achieved a career-long 42-yard run against the Texans, but he stopped at the Houston 30-yard line due to the hamstring issue. Although it appeared he slid intentionally, he clarified that the discomfort prompted his decision to go down.

With the Giants having a bye in Week 8, Skattebo has additional time to recover before the team faces Philadelphia in Week 9, as they aim to maintain their position in the NFC East.
