Casandra Alexander Claims Victory at Women's Irish Open
Casandra Alexander triumphed at the Women's Irish Open held at the K Club, finishing with a score of 20 under par. The South African golfer won by three shots over Sara Kouskova from the Czech Republic, while Ireland's Leona Maguire ended the tournament tied for fifth place.
Maguire had a remarkable round of 63 on Saturday, which brought her closer to Alexander, but ultimately fell short. She concluded the event with a final round of 68, finishing five shots behind the leader.
This victory marks Alexander's second win on the Ladies European Tour, having previously won the Czech Open in 2025. Following this win, she has increased her lead in the Order of Merit standings.
