Celebrating Andrew Luck's 37th Birthday and NFL Legacy

Today marks the 37th birthday of Andrew Luck, a four-time Pro Bowler and the 2018 Comeback Player of the Year, who was the first overall pick in the 2012 NFL Draft.

Luck began his professional career with the Indianapolis Colts after a standout college tenure at Stanford. He quickly became the starting quarterback, leading the team to an 11-win season in his rookie year with 4,374 passing yards and 23 touchdowns. Over his first three seasons, the Colts maintained an 11-5 record each year, with Luck achieving a career-high of 40 touchdowns in 2014.

Injuries limited Luck's playtime in subsequent years, including missing the entire 2017 season due to a shoulder issue. He returned in 2018, guiding the Colts to the playoffs once more. However, he surprised fans by retiring just before the 2019 season. Since then, he has taken on the role of general manager for Stanford football, aiming to revitalize the struggling program. Despite his brief career, Luck's 33 games with at least 300 passing yards place him 27th in NFL history.
