Celtic Dominates Hearts with 7-1 Victory in Scottish Premiership

Celtic achieved a significant 7-1 victory against Hearts, allowing them to extend their lead at the top of the Scottish Premiership by four points. This match took place at Celtic Park, where Hearts sought revenge after losing the title to Celtic last season.

The match featured a strong performance from Celtic, with all three forwards—Benjamin Nygren, Callum Osmand, and Camilo Duran—scoring. Hearts, who had previously only conceded eight goals this season, struggled defensively and faced criticism for their tactics.

Despite the heavy defeat, Celtic's manager Martin O'Neill did not dismiss Hearts as title contenders, acknowledging that everything fell into place for his team during the match. Hearts' coach Wouter Vrancken noted that individual mistakes contributed to their poor performance, emphasizing the need for improvement ahead of their upcoming matches.
