Celtic Faces Hearts After Benfica Defeat

Celtic prepares to host Hearts following a 4-1 loss to Benfica, with manager Martin O'Neill emphasizing the positives from the second half despite recent struggles.

Celtic is set to play against Hearts after suffering a 4-1 defeat to Benfica. This match marks their first encounter at Parkhead since last season's final-day decider, and it will be broadcast live on Sky Sports.

Martin O'Neill, the Celtic manager, has urged his team to focus on the positives from their recent performance, particularly the second half against Benfica. Despite the loss, which leaves Celtic with no points from their first two Europa League matches, O'Neill believes there is still a chance for qualification in the competition.

Following a series of disappointing results, including losses to Rangers and in the League Cup, O'Neill's future has come under scrutiny. He previously indicated he would consider his position after recent defeats, but he has chosen to remain and is now under pressure to secure a win against Hearts.
