Chael Sonnen Critiques Alexander Volkanovski's Callout of Justin Gaethje

After his win, Volkanovski proposed a super fight with Gaethje, suggesting that both champions could retire after their bout. While UFC President Dana White expressed support for this idea, the decision ultimately rests on Gaethje's plans, as he has hinted at retirement.

Sonnen, however, dismissed Volkanovski's proposal as one of the dumbest ideas he has encountered, questioning the rationale behind such a fight. He suggested that if Volkanovski wishes to challenge himself at lightweight, he should fully commit to the division rather than proposing a fight with a retirement angle.
