Charles Jourdain Prepares for Bantamweight Clash Against Marlon Vera

Charles Jourdain, a French-Canadian fighter, is scheduled to compete against Marlon Vera on September 19 at Crypto.com UFC 331 in Los Angeles. This matchup was initially planned for July 18 in Oklahoma City but was postponed, altering Jourdain's summer plans.

Jourdain, who has achieved a 3-0 record since moving to the bantamweight division, last fought in April, winning by unanimous decision against Kyler Phillips. He expressed that he felt he underperformed in that fight and has since focused on refining his weight management and training.

Vera, a former title challenger, is currently on a four-fight losing streak. Jourdain is uncertain about which version of Vera will appear in the ring but is prepared for a challenging bout. He aims to maintain his winning streak and solidify his position in the bantamweight rankings.
