Chelmsford Teen Photographer Achieves Dream at Bernabeu
Tiego Greno, an 18-year-old photographer from Chelmsford, has made significant strides in his career, moving from grassroots football to photographing Champions League matches. He began his journey in 2023, capturing lower league games before becoming the club photographer for Chelmsford City FC in the 2025-26 season.
Greno's work has recently included Premier League and European matches, such as Arsenal's game against Bayern Munich. He started working with a photography agency at 17, facing challenges due to age restrictions in stadiums. Just three days after turning 18, he won the sports category at the East Anglian Photography Awards for a poignant image taken during the National League Promotion Play-off Final.
His father, Antonio, has been a crucial support in Greno's journey, providing encouragement and assistance with camera equipment. Antonio expressed pride in his son's achievements, highlighting the personal growth and passion that photography has brought to Tiego.
