Chelsea Sets Deadline for Manchester City to Bid for Enzo Fernandez

City is also engaged in discussions with Lille regarding Ayyoub Bouaddi and has signed Elliot Anderson for £116m from Nottingham Forest. Chelsea's decision to impose a deadline aims to minimize distractions following Maresca's controversial exit from the club.
