Chiefs to Add Justin Tucker to Practice Squad
The Kansas City Chiefs are reportedly signing veteran kicker Justin Tucker to their practice squad, as reported by Sam McDowell of the Kansas City Star.
Tucker has been without a team since his release by the Baltimore Ravens in May 2025, following allegations of sexual misconduct that led to a 10-game suspension during the 2025 season. Over the past two years, he has worked out for several teams but did not secure a spot on any active roster or practice squad.
During his 13 seasons with the Ravens, Tucker was recognized as one of the top kickers in the NFL, ranking 17th in points scored and holding the second-best field goal percentage in league history. Currently, Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker, who is fifth all-time in field goal percentage, has made 11 of 16 attempts this season.
