Chris Olave Returns to Practice, Status Uncertain for Sunday

Saints wide receiver Chris Olave practiced on Friday after missing earlier sessions due to illness, but his availability for the game against the Giants is still uncertain.

Chris Olave, a wide receiver for the Saints, returned to practice on Friday after being absent due to illness earlier in the week. His participation raises questions about his availability for the upcoming road game against the Giants on Sunday.

Olave had missed practice on Wednesday and Thursday, but his limited workout on Friday suggests he may be on track to play in Week 6. So far this season, he has recorded 39 receptions for 537 yards and one touchdown.

In addition to Olave, running back Alvin Kamara is also listed as questionable after being limited in practice throughout the week. Other players with questionable statuses include defensive lineman Nathan Shepherd, defensive back Lorenzo Styles, and long snapper Zach Wood. Linebackers Kaden Elliss and Anfernee Jennings have been ruled out for the game.
