Christian Harrison Poised to Lead Arkansas Defense

As the college football season nears, safety Christian Harrison is gearing up for his inaugural season with the Arkansas Razorbacks. He is the son of former NFL player Rodney Harrison, who is recognized as a Hall of Famer.

Harrison has already caught the attention of his coach, Ryan Silverfield, who believes he could become a central figure in the defense. Silverfield praised Harrison's intelligence and skills, noting his impressive background.

Before joining Arkansas, Harrison transferred from Cincinnati, where he started all 12 games in 2025, recording 66 tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, seven pass breakups, and one interception. Throughout his career, he has allowed only one touchdown in 577 snaps. This season presents an opportunity for him to attract NFL scouts, following in the footsteps of his father, who was a fifth-round draft pick before achieving significant success in the league.
