
Christian Horner Receives £100 Million Pay-Off from Red Bull
Christian Horner has received a total pay-off of £100 million from Red Bull after his dismissal from the team. This compensation follows his firing last summer amid allegations of inappropriate behavior, which were not substantiated by investigations.
According to financial documents filed in London, Horner was compensated £33.494 million ($44.2 million) from Red Bull Racing for loss of office, along with an annual remuneration of £4.441 million ($5.86 million). Additionally, Red Bull Technologies paid him £66.988 million ($88.35 million) for loss of office, plus £9.029 million ($11.9 million) in annual remuneration, bringing his total compensation to £100.482 million ($132.5 million).
In related financial news, McLaren Racing reported a revenue increase to £588.5 million ($776 million) in 2025, with CEO Zak Brown receiving a base salary of £8.215 million ($10.8 million) and £73.682 million ($97.2 million) in incentive payments. Despite the revenue growth, McLaren recorded a loss of £42.8 million ($56.4 million) for the year.
