Christian McCaffrey, the star running back for the San Francisco 49ers, and his wife, Olivia Culpo, have welcomed their second child, a son named Roman Augustus McCaffrey, born on September 29, 2026.

Olivia Culpo shared the news on Instagram, posting a collage that included moments from the birth, featuring McCaffrey holding their newborn. The couple also has a daughter named Colette, born in July 2025.
