Circuit of the Americas to Feature World's Largest Cowboy Hat at United States Grand Prix
The Circuit of the Americas is preparing to introduce a unique attraction at the upcoming United States Grand Prix, featuring the world's largest cowboy hat. An official inspection of the construction will take place on Thursday, ahead of the race weekend.
This oversized cowboy hat, measuring 75 feet tall and constructed from fibreglass, will include a Western-themed bar accessible from Lone Star Land, a designated area for spectators. COTA president Bobby Epstein expressed the desire for a recognizable tourist attraction that could potentially earn a Guinness World Record.
Currently, no existing record tracks the largest cowboy hat, which means COTA could establish a new category if verified by Guinness. The hat is expected to remain at the venue year-round, enhancing the ranch-themed fan zone that often features Western activities. The event weekend may also see Kimi Antonelli vie for a championship title, while Williams will showcase a Marvel-themed show car.
