C.J. Gardner-Johnson Leaves Practice with Lower Leg Injury

C.J. Gardner-Johnson, a veteran safety recently signed by the Bills, left practice on a cart after sustaining a lower leg injury on Saturday morning.

Reports indicate that he had been performing well during the early stages of training camp prior to the incident.

Gardner-Johnson, who was drafted in the fourth round by the Saints in 2019, has also played for the Eagles, Lions, Texans, and Bears, and is expected to be the starting strong safety for Buffalo.
