Cody Garbrandt Set to Face Sergio Pettis at RAF 15

Cody Garbrandt is preparing to transition from the Octagon to the wrestling mat, where he will face former Bellator champion Sergio Pettis at Real American Freestyle (RAF) 15 in Chicago on November 28.

The matchup was announced by RAF, which also features UFC bantamweight Raul Rosas Jr. making his wrestling debut against Clay Guida. The event will be streamed live on Fox Nation, showcasing a card that includes several notable fighters.

Garbrandt, who has struggled in recent UFC bouts, aims to regain his footing in a different competitive environment. Pettis, meanwhile, is scheduled to fight Joji Goto at PFL Dubai on November 14 before focusing on the clash with Garbrandt. Both fighters are looking to rebound from recent setbacks, with Garbrandt seeking to improve his grappling skills and Pettis aiming to recover from a recent loss.
