During a conversation on a podcast, Rhodes shared his hope to be active in the ring when Lee Jr. reaches the age of 14, as the young wrestler has expressed interest in participating in a match or storyline. Lee Jr. has been training at the Dungeon in Tampa, Florida, and made his debut match earlier this year.

After the passing of his father, Brodie Lee Jr. was reportedly signed to a contract with AEW at a young age, which may allow him to wrestle for the promotion when he is old enough.
