
Cody Rhodes Discusses Future Retirement Plans from Wrestling
Cody Rhodes, a prominent WWE star at 41, has revealed that he plans to retire from wrestling in the coming years to spend more time with his family. He mentioned that his retirement will likely occur when his eldest daughter, Liberty, turns 11, which is projected for 2032.
In a conversation with WrestleTalk, Rhodes reflected on John Cena's retirement and expressed admiration for Cena's commitment to his decision. He emphasized that he does not have a specific retirement date but acknowledged that time passes quickly.
Currently, Rhodes is engaged in a rivalry with Randy Orton, who recently returned and has interfered in several of Rhodes' matches. Outside of wrestling, Rhodes is also making strides in Hollywood, with his film Street Fighter set to release on October 16, 2026.
