Cody Rhodes Joins ALS Ice Bucket Challenge for Rebel

Cody Rhodes, a former WWE Champion, shared a video on social media on Sunday to support Rebel, a former AEW wrestler diagnosed with ALS. In his video, Rhodes nominated Brodie Lee Jr., Brooke Havok, and current interim WWE Women’s Champion Chelsea Green before pouring ice water over himself.

He concluded the video by promoting the I Am ALS website, which advocates for finding a cure and treatments for the disease. Following Rebel's diagnosis earlier this year, the Ice Bucket Challenge has seen a resurgence among wrestlers from various promotions, including notable figures like Adam Cole, Sting, and Tony Khan.

Additionally, AEW is organizing a fundraiser for Rebel during a special episode of Dynamite named Rebel Heart, scheduled for September 9 in Athens, Georgia.
