Collingwood Family Returns to Templestowe Dockers

The Templestowe Dockers have welcomed former Collingwood premiership player Gavin Brown and his two sons, Callum and Tyler, who have signed with the club in the Eastern Football Netball League (EFNL).

This signing is seen as a major boost for the Dockers, as all three Browns have strong ties to the club. Gavin will serve as a Coaching Mentor for the 2027 season, bringing extensive experience from his playing and coaching career.

Gavin, a former captain and three-time Copeland Trophy winner, has a deep connection to Templestowe, having played his junior football there. His sons, Tyler and Callum, previously played for the Dockers before being drafted to Collingwood. Additionally, Trent Bianco, another former Collingwood player, has also joined the Dockers, further strengthening the team.
