Colts Make Roster Changes, Sign Three Players and Place Carson Towt on IR

The Indianapolis Colts announced several roster changes on Tuesday, including the signing of three players.

Offensive tackles Roy Mbaeteka and Trey Wedig, along with tight end Tyler Moore, have joined the team. To accommodate these additions, the Colts waived wide receiver E.J. Horton Jr. and offensive tackle Bayron Matos, and placed tight end Carson Towt on injured reserve.

Matos had been granted a roster exemption as an international player, a status that Mbaeteka will also enjoy. Mbaeteka has previously played for multiple NFL teams, including the Dolphins and Giants, while Moore had a brief stint with the Giants this summer and Wedig was part of the Cardinals’ practice squad last year.
