Colts Trade Quenton Nelson to Seahawks
The Indianapolis Colts have finalized a trade sending guard Quenton Nelson to the Seattle Seahawks, marking a significant move as the Colts shift towards rebuilding.
In the deal, the Seahawks will provide a 2027 third-round pick and a 2028 fifth-round pick to Indianapolis. Nelson, who was selected sixth overall in the 2018 NFL Draft, has been a key player for the Colts, earning multiple All-Pro and Pro Bowl honors throughout his career.
This trade comes after the Colts recently fired General Manager Chris Ballard. The Seahawks, who are looking to strengthen their offensive line, will adjust their lineup following an injury to left tackle Charles Cross during their Week 7 game against the Chiefs.
