Comedian Matt Mathews to Appear on WWE Raw in Birmingham

WWE has confirmed that comedian Matt Mathews will guest star on the September 7 episode of Raw, which will take place in his hometown of Birmingham, Alabama.

Mathews, who is in his early 30s, transitioned from photography to comedy during the COVID-19 pandemic, gaining popularity through social media. He previously appeared on WWE's NXT as a judge for the Mr. NXT competition.
