Commanders Designate Players for Return from Injury Lists

The Commanders have initiated the return process for several players recovering from injuries. They have officially designated cornerback Trey Amos, defensive end Deatrich Wise, and running back Jeremy McNichols for return from their respective injury lists.

Amos and McNichols are currently on injured reserve, while Wise is listed on the physically unable to perform list. All three players are set to return to practice on Wednesday and will have a 21-day period to train with the team before a decision must be made regarding their activation or potential shutdown for the season.

During this practice window, the players can be activated at any time, which means they could potentially contribute to the Commanders' upcoming game against the Giants in Week 5.
