Commanders Host Giants in NFL Week 5 Showdown

The Washington Commanders are set to host the New York Giants on Sunday for a Week 5 NFL matchup, which will be broadcast on FOX.

The Giants, currently leading the NFC East with a record of 3-1, are looking to break a four-game losing streak against Washington. Last week, they scored 36 points, aided by Jameis Winston's three touchdown passes and Malik Nabers' first 100-yard receiving game of the season. Meanwhile, the Commanders are trying to recover from a 30-13 defeat to Indianapolis, bringing their record to 1-3.

Jayden Daniels is anticipated to return from an elbow injury, which could bolster Washington's offense against a New York defense that has struggled with sacks and pressure. Both teams' offenses have shown potential, with Washington's aggressive defense likely to create scoring chances.
