Conrad Thompson Discusses Roman Reigns' Overrated Status

Wrestling podcaster Conrad Thompson has reiterated his belief that WWE World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns is overrated. This opinion was shared during his recent appearance on Busted Open Radio, where he responded to claims that Reigns is superior to wrestling icons like Hulk Hogan due to his main event appearances at WrestleMania.

Thompson acknowledged Reigns' financial success but argued that it does not equate to being a better performer than legends such as Hogan, Ric Flair, and Steve Austin. He pointed out that he has never encountered a fan who includes Reigns in discussions about wrestling's greatest figures.

Thompson also noted that Reigns struggled to gain popularity until he aligned with notable figures like Paul Heyman and The Usos. He believes that this reliance on others to elevate his status detracts from Reigns' legacy compared to other wrestling greats.
