Corey Day Secures Victory at Charlotte NASCAR O'Reilly Race

Corey Day claimed victory in the NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series race at Charlotte, marking his second consecutive win. The race, which took place after a rain delay, saw Day execute a crucial three-wide pass for the lead with ten laps remaining.

Day's maneuver allowed him to overtake Jesse Love and Justin Allgaier, and he successfully defended his position against Love in the final laps. This win brings Day within seven points of championship leader Sheldon Creed, who finished third in the race.

The event featured several notable moments, including a competition caution at Lap 20 and a series of incidents that impacted other drivers. Day's victory also made him the first Hendrick Motorsports driver to win back-to-back races in this series since 2004.
