Cowboys Coach Calls for Improved Consistency from Terence Steele
Cowboys head coach Brian Schottenheimer has expressed the need for right tackle Terence Steele to demonstrate greater consistency in his performance.
Schottenheimer noted that Steele has shown some inconsistency, particularly in his technique, which has led to challenges on the field. Offensive coordinator Klayton Adams mentioned that Steele, who has played all 17 games for the past three seasons and logged 99 percent of the team's offensive snaps, might be feeling the effects of being overworked.
Steele, who joined the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent in 2020, is the most experienced member of the offensive line. His coaches are focused on finding ways to support him in achieving a more consistent level of play.
