Cowboys Rule Out Three Players, Tyler Smith Listed as Questionable
The Dallas Cowboys have announced that three players will not participate in their upcoming game, but starting left guard Tyler Smith may return for Thursday Night Football.
Smith, who has been sidelined this season due to thumb surgery, participated fully in Wednesday's practice, marking his first complete session since the start of his 21-day return-to-practice window. His status is now listed as questionable for the game.
Cornerback Cobie Durant, linebacker DeMarvion Overshown, and offensive tackle Drew Shelton have all been ruled out due to hamstring injuries. Additionally, wide receiver Jonathan Mingo has been added to the injury report with an illness and did not practice on Wednesday, making him questionable as well. In contrast, wide receiver CeeDee Lamb and cornerback Joey Porter Jr. have no injury designations after completing full practices throughout the week.
