Crystal Palace Negotiates Loan for Evann Guessand from Aston Villa

Crystal Palace is currently in negotiations to bring back Evann Guessand on a season-long loan from Aston Villa. The 25-year-old forward from Ivory Coast previously played for Palace during the latter half of last season.

During his time at Aston Villa, Guessand scored two goals in 21 matches after joining the club for £26 million last August. His loan to Palace in January saw him score his first Premier League goal in a victory against Wolves and participate in the Conference League final, contributing to the team's success.

Guessand also earned a Europa League winner's medal earlier in the season with Villa. He made two substitute appearances for the Ivory Coast during the recent World Cup and returned to Villa for pre-season after Palace did not activate an option to sign him earlier this summer.
