Dallas Cowboys Strengthen Defense with Von Miller and Eye Adoree' Jackson
The Dallas Cowboys are enhancing their defense ahead of the upcoming season by signing Von Miller, aiming to strengthen their pass-rushing unit following Micah Parsons' departure.
Despite Miller not being in his prime, his experience is expected to assist new defensive coordinator Christian Parker. Additionally, the Cowboys are reportedly interested in cornerback Adoree' Jackson, who previously worked with Parker in Philadelphia and has garnered interest from multiple teams.
Last season, the Cowboys' secondary struggled, with DaRon Bland currently secured as a starting cornerback. The other starting position is still uncertain, with Shavon Revel Jr. and Cobie Durant as potential candidates. Rookie Caleb Downs is set to play significant roles as the starting nickel and at safety. The Cowboys are making significant efforts to improve their defense, which faced challenges in 2025.
