Dalvin Cook Celebrates 31st Birthday Amid NFL Quiz
Dalvin Cook, a four-time Pro Bowl running back, is celebrating his 31st birthday. He is known as the older brother of Buffalo Bills running back James Cook.
Cook had a standout college career at Florida State, leading the ACC in rushing for two consecutive seasons and scoring 46 rushing touchdowns in 38 games. He was selected in the second round of the 2017 NFL Draft by the Minnesota Vikings, where he set a debut record with 127 rushing yards. However, his rookie season was cut short due to a torn ACL.
After returning to play 11 games in 2018, Cook established himself as a top running back in the NFL, achieving four straight seasons with over 1,000 rushing yards and earning Pro Bowl selections. His best season came in 2020 with 1,557 rushing yards and 16 touchdowns. Following a 2022 season where he rushed for 1,173 yards and eight touchdowns, the Vikings released him, leading to stints with the Jets, Ravens, and Cowboys. Although he has not officially retired, Cook has not signed with any team since 2026.
In light of his birthday, a quiz has been created to challenge fans to name NFL players who have recorded at least five games with 150 rushing yards.
