Dana White Appears Unfamiliar with Heavyweight Fighter at UFC 333 Press Conference

At a press conference for UFC 333 in Abu Dhabi, Dana White appeared to not recognize heavyweight fighter Alexander Volkov, who has been with the organization since 2016. The event, taking place at the Etihad Arena, features two title fights, including Alexander Volkanovski defending his featherweight title against Movsar Evloev.

Volkov, who has participated in seven main events, was in the audience and asked White what he needed to do to secure a title shot. This question came after Volkov felt he deserved a title opportunity over another fighter. White's response suggested he was unaware of Volkov's identity until Volkanovski intervened to remind him.

Fans reacted on social media, expressing disbelief that White did not recognize Volkov, with many noting the awkwardness of the moment. The incident has sparked discussions about White's familiarity with his fighters.
