Dana White Confirms Tom Aspinall's Status Amid Coach's Claims
Dana White has confirmed that Tom Aspinall is not leaving the UFC, countering recent speculation from Aspinall's camp regarding potential friction with the promotion.
This speculation arose after Aspinall's striking coach, Stipe Drvis, suggested on Instagram that Aspinall wanted to part ways with the UFC. However, Aspinall quickly denied these claims.
White emphasized that the relationship with Aspinall is strong and that any delays in his return are due to health issues. Aspinall has not fought since his no-contest against Ciryl Gane at UFC 321 in October, which ended due to an eye injury. While the UFC has yet to announce Aspinall's next fight, events in November and December could potentially feature a rematch with Gane.
