Dax Harwood Advocates for Mark Davis as Future World Champion

Dax Harwood has voiced his belief in the potential of his AEW colleague Mark Davis, suggesting that if he had his own promotion, he would grant Davis the opportunity to become World Champion.

During a recent podcast appearance, Harwood reminisced about a match in 2022 where he and Cash Wheeler faced Aussie Open, consisting of Davis and Kyle Fletcher. He noted that while Fletcher might attract immediate attention as a singles wrestler, he believes Davis will ultimately resonate strongly with fans.

Harwood described Davis as one of the most underrated wrestlers and acknowledged the challenge he poses in the ring. Although uncertain if Davis will ever hold the AEW World Championship, Harwood expressed a desire to see him achieve that status. Davis previously held the AEW National Championship for 78 days earlier this year and is expected to compete in an upcoming Casino Gauntlet match for a future World Championship shot.
