Denver Broncos' Talanoa Hufanga to Miss Multiple Weeks Due to Injury
The Denver Broncos will be without safety Talanoa Hufanga for at least two to three weeks due to an ankle injury he sustained in a recent game against the Los Angeles Chargers. This news comes as the Broncos prepare for their upcoming matchup on Thursday Night Football against the Seattle Seahawks.
Hufanga, who is in his second season with the Broncos, recorded two tackles and forced a fumble before leaving the game. His absence is significant, as he has been a key player in the secondary, starting all 17 regular-season games in 2025.
So far this season, Hufanga has made 23 tackles, including 12 solo, along with three pass deflections and two interceptions. He joined the Broncos in March 2025 on a three-year, $45 million contract after a successful stint with the San Francisco 49ers, where he was recognized as a first-team All-Pro and Pro Bowler in 2022.
