Derrick Henry, who has participated in one AFC Championship Game, is determined to win a Super Bowl with the Baltimore Ravens. After leaving the Titans, he signed with the Ravens, hoping to achieve this goal alongside quarterback Lamar Jackson.
During his tenure in Baltimore, the Ravens have made the playoffs once and secured one playoff victory. Henry expressed his frustration over not winning a championship, stating that he cannot accept a lack of success with Jackson as his teammate. The Ravens faced a loss to the Bills in the 2024 playoffs and did not qualify for the postseason in 2025, leading to the firing of coach John Harbaugh and the hiring of Jesse Minter.
Henry believes the team has the necessary components to succeed and is motivated by the desire to win a Super Bowl, stating he is tired of watching from home each year. He aims to achieve this goal during the upcoming 2026 season.
