Desire Doue Scores as PSG Leads Barcelona in Intense First Half

In a thrilling first half at the Parc des Princes, Desire Doue scored to put Paris Saint-Germain ahead of Barcelona during their Champions League match.

The match began energetically, with PSG's Khvicha Kvaratskhelia hitting the post early on. Barcelona responded with Anthony Gordon missing a chance to score. PSG faced a setback when Ousmane Dembele left the field due to a thigh injury in the 20th minute, replaced by Ferran Torres. Shortly after, Dani Olmo also had to exit the game due to injury, bringing Fermin Lopez onto the pitch.

PSG's pressure culminated in the 43rd minute when Doue capitalized on a Barcelona mistake, striking from the edge of the box to score. Despite a missed opportunity from Lopez to equalize, the half ended with a diving save from Barcelona's Joan Garcia against Kvaratskhelia.
