The new contract features a total value of $105.9 million, averaging $35.3 million per year. The agreement includes various guaranteed amounts, with $63.35 million guaranteed at signing and $93.15 million becoming fully guaranteed by March 2027.

Williams' contract guarantees the first two years, with the third year also fully guaranteed after the first season. The final two years will operate at the team's option, with a total payout of $153.15 million over five years, averaging $30.63 million annually.
