Mike Perry revealed that Danis did not attend their bout, and while he faced criticism for this absence, Danis shared a video of his injury that clarified his situation. The fight originally set for August 29 has been affected, along with the card featuring Arman Tsarukyan vs. Dillon Danis, which has been postponed from October 3 to October 23 at BleauLive Theater in Las Vegas.

This change allows Tsarukyan more time to prepare after his return to the Octagon on September 19. Additionally, the event featuring Colby Covington and Belal Muhammad has been moved to September 18. Despite past criticisms regarding his reliability, Danis has fought twice this year, although he has faced losses in both matches.
