Dolphins Trade Quarterback Quinn Ewers to Jaguars
The Miami Dolphins have traded quarterback Quinn Ewers to the Jacksonville Jaguars, as reported by NFL Network.
In the trade, the two teams will exchange Day 3 draft picks for 2028. Ewers, who is 23 years old, was selected in the seventh round of last year's draft. He played in four games for Miami, starting three of them, and recorded a completion rate of 66.3 percent, throwing for 662 yards, three touchdowns, and three interceptions.
Following this trade, the Dolphins have Cam Miller and Mark Gronowski as backup quarterbacks behind starter Malik Willis. The Jaguars, on the other hand, have Nick Mullens, Carter Bradley, and rookie Joey Aguilar supporting starter Trevor Lawrence.
