Dolphins Trade Tutu Atwell Back to Rams
Wide receiver Tutu Atwell is returning to the Los Angeles Rams after being traded by the Miami Dolphins.
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Dolphins have finalized a deal to send Atwell back to the Rams, where he previously played for five seasons under head coach Sean McVay. In exchange, the Rams will send running back Jarquez Hunter to Miami.
During his first tenure with the Rams, Atwell recorded 105 receptions for 1,535 yards and five touchdowns. He will now join a receiving corps that includes Davante Adams, Puka Nakua, Jordan Whittington, Konata Mumpfield, and sixth-round draft pick CJ Daniels, supporting quarterback Matthew Stafford.
Hunter, a fourth-round pick in 2025, participated in five games on special teams during his rookie year.
