Don Callis Discusses Criteria for Faction Recruits in AEW

Don Callis, a prominent figure in AEW, has seen his faction, the Don Callis Family, grow to 15 members. Despite the large number, Callis clarified that he has specific criteria for recruiting new members.

During an appearance on Poisonrana, Callis highlighted the importance of mental mindset and emotional stability over mere physical potential. He cited Josh Alexander as a case study, noting that Alexander struggled with feelings of inadequacy before joining the Family, which he believes has provided him with a supportive environment.

Callis pointed out that Alexander now faces competition from top talents within the faction, such as Kyle Fletcher and Konosuke Takeshita. He also mentioned that there are additional prospects linked to the Family that have yet to be revealed. However, Callis stated that he is not currently seeking new recruits due to the faction's existing size.
