Drake Maye Reflects on Early Season Criticism and Recent Success

Drake Maye, the quarterback for the New England Patriots, has addressed the criticism he faced during the team's challenging start to the season. After a lackluster performance in the first three weeks, Maye has helped the Patriots secure two consecutive wins, including a standout game where he accounted for five touchdowns in a 45-17 victory over the Las Vegas Raiders.

Initially, Maye struggled with seven turnovers, the highest in the league, but he has since improved, throwing seven touchdown passes and committing only two turnovers in his last two games. He emphasized the importance of self-confidence and trusting his support system during tough times.

Looking ahead, the Patriots are set to face the New York Jets, who recently showcased a strong defense. As of Tuesday, the Patriots are favored to win the upcoming matchup at Gillette Stadium.
