Drew Lock Inactive for Seahawks; Jalen Milroe Named Backup QB
The Seattle Seahawks will face the Kansas City Chiefs without backup quarterback Drew Lock, who is inactive due to a right elbow injury. Jalen Milroe, in his second year, will serve as the No. 2 quarterback behind starter Sam Darnold.
Several key players for the Seahawks, including safety Nick Emmanwori, linebacker DeMarcus Lawrence, and linebacker Uchenna Nwosu, are active after being listed as questionable. Lock will dress as the emergency third quarterback for the game.
Milroe has yet to play in a game this season, having participated in three games during his rookie year in 2025. The Seahawks' inactives also include running back Zach Charbonnet and linebacker Drake Thomas, among others. For the Chiefs, several players, including receiver Rashee Rice and quarterback Garrett Nussmeier, are inactive.
